Lady GaGa was forced to strip off during a flight to New York after her odd outfit put her at the risk of developing Deep Vein Thrombosis!

Shortly after the flight took off, which also had Liam Gallagher, P Diddy and the Geldof sisters on board, it became obvious that GaGa, who was wearing some crime scene tape and a massive pair of Alexander McQueen hoof shoes was extremely uncomfortable.

At risk of some mid-flight GaGa disaster, the airline suggested she changed into something more sensible… much to her annoyance - especially when having to part with her Alexander McQueen trotters.

To be honest though, we’re sure her late friend would have been far happier with her being comfy than having DVT… don’t you?
