Customer Reviews: Take me too The Show!!! November 20, 2005 53 out of 56 found this review helpful I was lucky enough to go to this concert, but on their very first date which was in Nottingham. Once arriving I bought a programme and got even more excited (but deep down I thougth they wouldnt sing any songs which were lively...I knew they would sing all their hits but I felt like they would sing a lot of slow songs). And then suddenly the music had begun and there stood Nicola, Nadine, Sarah, Cheryl and Kimberly. I begin with singing The Show. Here is the track listing of all the songs they sing and what albums they were from: The Show (what will the neighbours say) Here we Go (what will the neighbours say) Love machine (what will the neighbours say) Jump (what will the neighbours say) Girls Allowed (Sound of the underground) life got cold (sound of the underground) Deadlines and Diets (what will the neighbours say) Girls on Film (sound of the Underground) Real Life (what will the neighbours say) I'll Stand By You (what will the neighbours say) No Good Advice (sound of the underground) Grafitti My Soul (what will the neighbours say) Teenage Dirt Bag (unreleased album) Wake me Up (what will the neighbours say). All the girls sound incrediable when they sing live but sadly Kimberly didnt sound great and Sarah seemend to be going over the top when she sang. Nicola and nadine sounded the best. Cheryl was also good. I own all the S Club 7 live dvds and I also own Hilary Duff live dvd. But those concerts were the ones which you liked some of it but not all of it...but this tour is amazaing and even if you dont like the girls...you will after this tour. On the dvd there is 3 extras and 3 hidden features. The dvd extras are: Making of Long Hot Summer Chit Chat with Girls Aloud Long Hot Summer Video and the hidden features are: 3 Music screensavers A another QUICK chat with Girls Aloud (on love) Picture gallery. The hidden extras arent great but the non hidden are really good. The best is the animated screens with Girls Aloud: Nicola - On The Photo Gallery Area Cheryl - On the Extras Area Nadine - On the Song Listing Area Sarah - Also on the Song Listing Area Kimberly - On the Audio Area. Overall this is a brilliant DVD and is very cheap for what is on the DVD. Girls Aloud have made The Show unforgettable!!! Best night of my life! August 27, 2006 M. All girls sounded absolutely amazing and this DVD captures the excitement that I felt on the night of the tour! Highlights included Teenage Dirtbag, Love Machine, Sound Of The Underground and Here We Go! I just can't wait now for the Chemistry tour DVD to be released as if it is possible it was even better than this truly amazing tour! A must for every Girls Aloud and pop music fan! Live DVD 2005 March 8, 2006 12 out of 15 found this review helpful I was lucky enough to go to one of the girls live dates and I have to say I was surprised at how good the band were live. This DVD however, only captures the singing and dancing, being at the gig was so much better. It was so lively, exciting and really impressive. The only thing that got me annoyed at the concert was Sarahs constant shouting into the crowds, thinking they were there just to see her. Luckily I can hit fast-forward on my remote when watching the DVD. Sarah really overdoes her 'singing' and really doesn't do the band any favours. However, the rest of Girls Aloud are fantastic, and Nicola (shy, gorgeous ginger girl) really does herself proud with amazing vocals and improvised dance moves. All in all I gave the live DVD 4/5, good but not as good as being there.
