Robin is quite quick with the moves but she goes over them enough for you to catch up! It is not for beginers who have never danced before, but I found it was definately worth the money! Not like the super energy Pump It Up DVD. Some of us just can't keep up with all of that! But this was fun dancing and its really enjoyable! I would definately recommend it to anyone of my friends! It's not just any normal one it's fun to do and it shows you how to dance and just enjoy yourself in a different way. I am a fan of the pussycat dolls but you dont need to be if you want to loose weight then this dvd is great because the workouts are perfect its a full body workout and you have fun while doing it because its dancing its not running laps. It shows you interesting PCD style dance moves that are fresh for you to enjoy and just have fun a must for any fan and a must for any fitness/dance lover or someone trying to get into shape in a different way. Remember as Robin says inside every woman is a pussycat dolls and this is one way to find the doll inside you. Easy to follow instructions in a workout that doesn't FEEL like you're doing anything (because it's fun!). Could be a little better if the moves were more balanced (left and right).
