Hayley Tamaddon Wants To Be Ice Queen

The actress - who scored a perfect 30 on the last episode of the show on Sunday night (07.03.10) - thinks she and her partner Dan Whiston could be victorious but doesn't want to jinx her chances.

She said: "To get to the final would be the icing on the cake, and to win the competition would be the cherry on top. I think it would be better than winning the lottery. This is the best thing I've ever done, I don't want it to end. I don't want the dream to end."

Hayley has developed a special bond with Dan, who she has known she was at school, and admits he gives her the confidence to try more and more daring routines on the ice.

Dan and I will be friends for life. Nothing will change that. I have absolutely adored doing this. It isn't a job or work, this is a dream I'm living, breathing and skating it!

The 33-year-old brunette beauty - who is engaged to her long-term boyfriend Darren - added to the Daily Star newspaper: "I feel so safe in his arms. I trust him with my life.

"Dan and I will be friends for life. Nothing will change that. I have absolutely adored doing this. It isn't a job or work, this is a dream I'm living, breathing and skating it!"
